Oklahoma Burgers, Mississauga (Kingsbridge Food Hall)

This is where it all started. In 2022, Oklahoma Burgers opened as a small stall inside Kingsbridge Food Hall at 10 Kingsbridge Garden Circle, with a founder, a griddle, and about three pounds of beef a day. Word spread the way it always does with onion burgers: one bite at a time. Today the Mississauga original anchors a four location operation across the GTA, and it's still the flagship.

Mississauga is also the only place to get the full Oklahoma Burgers menu. While our downtown Toronto stores keep it to two burgers done perfectly, the original carries six burger styles: the Classic, the Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger, the Simple Cheeseburger, the BM Double with bone marrow sauce, the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Double, and the Brisket Jalapeño Triple Smash, with three patties stacked with diced smoked brisket, white cheddar and fresh jalapeño. Make any of them a combo with fries and a soda can, and don't skip the panko crusted onion rings or the dirty fries.

The experience is different here too. Because we're inside Kingsbridge Food Hall, you get waiter service and can settle in properly. It's the only Oklahoma Burgers that takes reservations, through the reservation link below. It's the location for family dinners, big group orders, and first time guests who want to work through the whole menu.

As at every location, the foundation never changes: halal brisket ground in house daily, smashed thin on a hot griddle with a heap of thinly sliced onions that caramelize into the patty, using the Depression era Oklahoma technique that gives the burger its sweet and savoury flavour and crispy edge, served on a soft potato bun.
